(g) Banned individuals

(h) Spouse, common-law partner, children, parents of officials and persons mentioned in items (a), (b), and (d) above.

 

5.1.7 Players acknowledge that they do not use the funds of third parties to replenish the Casino account. Usage of any joint bank accounts or joint credit/debit cards shared by two or more individuals are not allowed in the aim to replenish the Casino account.
 

5.2 REGISTRATION AND OPENING OF YOUR MEMBER ACCOUNT
 

5.2.1 Each player is allowed to create only one (1) personal account. Creating multiple Player Accounts by a single player can lead, at the sole discretion of the Casino, to termination of all such accounts and cancellation of all payouts to the player. The player shall not provide access to their Player Account or allow using the Website to any third party including but not limited to minors.

6. INACTIVE ACCOUNTS

6.1 An inactive (dormant) account is a Player Account which a player has not logged into or logged out of for twelve (12) consecutive months.

Player Account

9. The Player should not be an employee or relative of “Enigma” or former employees or relative of Enigma in the past 180 days
10. The Player warrants that all information and documentation provided during registration and other transactions in Patokbet are correct, accurate and true. Patokbet will automatically close the player’s account for any misrepresentation or dishonesty committed by the player during registration. All of the player’s winnings will be forfeited 
11. Patokbet reserves the right to request for additional information from the Player in relation to the Player’s account and the player agrees to provide the information. If Patokbet is unable to verify the Player account or if such information is false or misleading, Patokbet reserves the right to close the account
12. Upon account registration, Patokbet will verify the information through “Know Your Client” verification and will request the Player to submit identification documents
13. Patokbet will not be liable to any third party for the consequences caused by fault, negligence, misrepresentation or dishonesty committed by the Player during registration 
14. Patokbet does not tolerate any identity theft
15. The player warrants that he is the real and true owner of his/her account and not acting as a nominee of another person
16. The Player cannot allow another person to use his/her account. In case he/she shares his account access to another person, the player shall take full responsibility and will held Patokbet free from harmless and indemnify Patokbet for consequences of such act
17. The Player account is non transferable to another person
18. Only one account is allowed per player. If Patokbet verifies that a player has multiple account, Patokbet reserves the right to suspend or close all player’s accounts and forfeit all the winnings
19. The Player shall not use ‘bots’ or artificial intelligence to maintain his account
20. The Player is responsible for keeping the secrecy of his account, if the Player suspects that his account has been compromised, player should be responsible to report to Patokbet for proper corrective measures
21. Player’s information may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Patokbet. Player can opt out from SMS or email
22. Patokbet reserves the right to close a Player’s account at anytime without disclosing reason to the player
23. Players are prohibited to play in public places.
24. Funds or credits in the account of player who will be found ineligible shall mean forfeiture of said funds/credits in favor of the Government.
25. A player's violation of any provisions of the TOU shall be a ground for the suspension or cancellation of the player's account. 

Player’s Bet, Bonus and Promotions
26. Player can only cash in/deposit to their Patokbet account through the following options: (1) online bank transfer, (2) over the counter bank deposits or any of Patokbet accredited payment provider
27. The only accepted currency is Philippine Pesos                                                                                                                                                                 
28. Fund sharing or pasaload between players shall be strictly prohibited    
29. By PAGCOR regulations and Anti Money Laundering laws of the Philippines, the player is required to have at least 1x turnover before requesting a withdrawal
30. The player assures that the money deposited/cashed in from his/her account does not come from any criminal activity and that the Player’s account will not be used for Money Laundering. In the event that Patokbet has verified this, Patokbet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit all the amounts in the account
31. The Player holds free and harmless and shall indemnify Patokbet or Enigma from any claims, damages, injury, liabilities, loses and suits arising from the player’s fault, negligence, arising from Player’s criminal or illegal activities
32. Patokbet respects the confidentiality of the player’s account and will not divulge player’s transaction and balance unless otherwise required by law
33. The player can only bet within the betting limits of Patokbet
34. The player must ensure that his/her bet details are correct. Player can no longer cancel the bet or change the bet once accepted
35. Patokbet shall not be responsible for failure or error in the player’s placement of bet due to technical problems or due to player’s fault or negligence
36. Winnings of the player will automatically reflect in his/her account after it has been confirmed by Patokbet. It is the player’s responsibility to monitor his account balance and report to our Customer Service for any mistake or delay in crediting
37. Only the player who owns the account can cash out/withdraw his/her winnings
38. Patokbet may set off any positive balance on Player’s account against any amount that the player owes to Patokbet
39. In the event that there will be error in the settlement of accounts, it is the player’s responsibility to report such error. In the event that the error came from game errors, internet connections and crashed games, the account balance of the player prior to the error will be followed and restored
40. Bonus funds may be withdrawn anytime provided that the player has made a successful deposit, and verified his age and identity. All withdrawal requests of bonus funds are subject to existing withdrawal wagering requirements. 
41. For game promotions offered to players, players must strictly adhere to promo mechanics. Patokbet reserves the right to suspend or close the account and forfeit its funds upon confirmation that said player manipulated the promotion
42. In case Patokbet is impleaded in any claims or suits because of the player, the Player shall indemnify Patokbet for damages, injuries, losses and liabilities and all the cost and expenses incurred by Patokbet
43. A player who has concerns, questions, complains should contact our Customer Services. Players with unresolved complains can also submit a formal written complain to our Head Offices within 6 months of the issue occurring
44. In compliance with PAGCOR’s regulation on the protection of customer funds, Patokbet holds all player funds separately from other Patokbet funds in a legally designated player account. This means that all such funds are protected and in the case of operational difficulties, Patokbet can remit to the player’s the funds that are due and payable to the player
45. Player may request withdrawal of funds from Player’s account anytime, given that the KYC verification has been met, and other withdrawal conditions to the Player’s account
46. Players are not allowed to withdraw funds through a third party person or account even though third person or account has been used to deposit funds to the players account and a proof will be provided by the player its still not allowed.                                                                                
47. In compliance with PAGCOR regulations, a withdrawal of P100,000 may require a video KYC call and other identity verification methods. Failure to do so within 72 hours will be subject to forfeiture of funds 
48.For payments of more than P50,000 and above, Patokbet will process the payment within 24hours of the next banking day
49. Accounts with no transactions/activity within 6 months will be categorized as Dormant Account
50. Patokbet will contact and inform the player of its dormant account and provide instructions to claim it within the next 25 days. If the player did not comply with the instructions, the account will automatically be closed and funds forfeited
51. If a player wishes to reinstate or open the account, the player may request from the Customer Service for assistance and a 1x rollover will be required.
52. The player allows Patokbet to send emails and SMS regarding updates and promotions that was provided in the account registration
53. The Player are not allowed to copy or use or modify any source codes and software of Patokbet 
54. Patokbet will comply with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and other related laws and regulations pertaining to handling of client information
